General Information
Please allow yourself to relax and enjoy your time with us by arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to complete necessary forms and consultation for your service. This will ensure your full treatment time, as late arrivals may be shortened.
To ensure your comfort and privacy, all of our staff has been trained in professional draping techniques. Your body will be covered at all times with the exception of the area being treated. We also offer disposable undergarments at your discretion. Please ask therapist during consultation if desired.
Canceling and Rescheduling Appointments
Please try to schedule package appointments 2 to 3 weeks in advance. Spa package appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may be asked to reserve a package appointment with a credit card or Gift Certificate. A cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service may be deducted or charged if less than 24 hours notice is given. 100% of service will be charged on all "no shows" as we would not be able to accommodate another client.
For the safety of your children
We all love children but due to the abundance of sharp instruments, glass, and other hard surfaces in the spa, children must remain in the reception area and may not be left unattended.
